Facility Reservation
The historic Delta Athenaeum is available to individuals and groups for community forums, meetings, recitals, banquets, family reunions, weddings, receptions, and other special occasion events. Hourly rental rates range from $150 per hour for small events to $300.00 per hour for large events with 200+ attendees. Non-profit agencies and community organizations may qualify for discounted rates.

Facility Information
The rental rates include access to all rooms on the ballroom level (auditorium, two parlor rooms, catering prep area) and balcony level (music hall, bridal suite). The venue capacity is 225 for banquet seating (200 with dance floor), 275 for auditorium seating, and 325 for a standing reception or cocktail party.
Add-On Services:
- Audio-Visual Equipment: $100 for access to sound system, wireless microphones, desktop computer, smart TV screens, PowerPoint projector, large projection screen
- Audio-Visual Tech Operator: $25 per hour
- Valet Parking: $150 per hour
- Table Linen: Tablecloths $10, Chair Covers $2, Chair Sashes $.50
- Lower Level Access (when available): $250 flat rate
